低温等离子体处理恶臭废气需要怎么做?

1低温等离子体的反应机理
1. Reaction mechanism of low temperature plasma
等离子体是被称作除固态•●、液态和气态之外的第4种物质存在形态。其由大量电子•●、离子•●、分子•●、中性原子•●、激发态原子•●、光子和自由基等组成░,总正负电荷数相等░,宏观上呈电中性░,故称为等离子体░,但其表现出很高的化学活性。根据放电机制•●、(气体)压强范围和电极结构的不同░,产生低温等离子体通常有以下方法:辉光放电•●、介电位垒放电•●、电晕放电•●、沿面放电•●、射频放电•●、微波放电等。
Plasmas are the fourth existing form of matter known as solids, liquids and gases. It is composed of a large number of electrons, ions, molecules, neutral atoms, excited state atoms, photons and free radicals. Its total positive and negative charges are equal, and it is electrically neutral macroscopically. So it is called plasma, but it shows high chemical activity. According to the different discharge mechanism, pressure range and electrode structure, there are usually the following methods to produce low temperature plasma: glow discharge, dielectric barrier discharge, corona discharge, surface discharge, radio frequency discharge, microwave discharge, etc.
2恶臭废气产生的途径
2. The Way to Produce Odorous Waste Gas
企业产品在生产过程中先后经历了球磨•●、制带•●、印刷•●、水压•●、切割•●、烧成•●、烧出等处理。由于原料中包含有酒精•●、甲苯•●、塑化剂•●、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)•●、分散剂•●、PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)等有机物░,此部分物质在印刷•●、烧成时有不同程度的挥发░,且由于烧成工段温度高达280℃░,一些高沸点的焦油状不明物质也一并挥发出来░,从而产生污染。
Enterprise products in the production process have undergone ball milling, tape making, printing, water pressure, cutting, firing, firing and other treatment. Because the raw materials contain alcohol, toluene, plasticizer, PET (polyethylene terephthalate), dispersant, PVB (polyvinyl butyral) and other organic substances, this part of the material volatilizes in varying degrees during printing and firing, and because the firing section temperature is as high as 280 C, some high boiling point tar-like unknown substances also volatilize, resulting in pollution.
通过现场调研及检测发现░,本项目中废气污染物质量浓度较低░,VOCs通常小于15mg/L░,但废气气味独特░,易使人产生不快感░,因此本系统中废气属于异味治理范畴。
光氧催化设备
Through on-site investigation and detection, it is found that the mass concentration of waste gas pollutants in this project is low, VOCs are usually less than 15 mg/L, but the unique odor of waste gas can easily make people feel unhappy, so the waste gas in this system belongs to the category of odor control.
3恶臭废气处理技术
3 Stench Waste Gas Treatment Technology
3.1工艺流程
3.1 Process Flow
等离子体除臭系统工艺流程见图1。整个废气处理系统设计风量为60000m3/h░,为保证处理效果░,收集的气体将在末端进入2个并联的低温等离子处理系统░,系统1设计为20000m3/h░,系统2设计为40000m3/h。在风机的动力作用下░,通过吸尘罩及公司原有管道将企业烧结工段的废气送入酸雾吸收塔内░,与塔中的循环水接触吸收。进过预处理后的气体汇聚后通过直径1100mm的风管进入低温等离子设备(设计风量为每台10000m3/h)░,经过一系列复杂的物化反应░,降解后的气体再送入旋流板净化塔。
The process flow of the plasma deodorization system is shown in Fig. 1. In order to ensure the treatment effect, the collected gas will enter two parallel low temperature plasma treatment systems at the end. The system design is 20 000 m3/h, and the system design is 40 000 m3/h. Under the dynamic action of the fan, the waste gas from sintering section of the enterprise is fed into the acid mist absorption tower through the dust collector and the original pipeline of the company, which contacts and absorbs the circulating water in the tower. After the pre-treated gas converges, it enters the low-temperature plasma equipment through the air duct with a diameter of 1100 mm (the designed air volume is 10,000 m3/h per unit). After a series of complex physical and chemical reactions, the degraded gas is fed into the swirl plate purification tower.
整个系统在PLC控制下░,设置手动和自动2种操作方式。系统通过在线pH值控制器控制循环净化液的pH值░,实现自动加碱•●、喷淋•●、显示和报警等功能。该系统操作简单•●、自动化程度高。
Under the control of PLC, the whole system has two operation modes, manual and automatic. The system controls the pH value of the circulating purifying liquid through on-line pH controller, realizing the functions of automatic alkali adding, spraying, display and alarm. The system is simple to operate and highly automated.
3.2处理设备
3.2 Processing Equipment
整个废气处理系统由吸尘罩•●、酸雾净化塔•●、低温等离子•●、旋流板净化塔和管道系统组成░,在电气系统控制下通过风机进行工作。
The whole waste gas treatment system is composed of dust hood, acid mist purification tower, low temperature plasma, swirl plate purification tower and pipeline system. It works through fan under the control of electric system.
3.2.1吸尘罩与管道系统
3.2.1 Vacuum Hood and Pipeline System
吸尘罩的设计应综合考虑各尘源点废气的收集•●、设备的布局和操作方便░,集气吸尘罩的使用效果越好意味着越能满足生产和环保的要求。
The design of dust collecting hood should consider the collection of exhaust gas, the layout of equipment and the convenience of operation. The better the use effect of dust collecting hood, the better it can meet the requirements of production and environmental protection.
工程中的吸尘罩与管道系统均采用镀锌钢板制造░,管道系统安置在主厂房楼顶░,每隔4~5m设置槽钢支架。整个管路含控制阀•●、止回阀░,要求密封良好•●、无泄漏░,管壁厚度3mm。
The dust-absorbing cover and pipeline system in the project are made of galvanized steel sheet. The pipeline system is installed on the roof of the main factory building, and channel steel brackets are installed every 4-5 M. The whole pipeline contains control valves and check valves, which require good sealing, no leakage and 3 mm thickness of pipe wall.
